provide nutrition advice to help you achieve your recreational and physical
activity goals. She has completed Sports Nutrition education and is qualified to
assist with areas including event preparation, re-fuelling and hydration for
recovery and achieving the appropriate physique. She will also ensure that if
you are just starting out on a fitness regime, that your diet will support your
goals of a healthier lifestyle.
With increasing
levels of obesity, diabetesand heart disease, healthy lifestyles are more
important than ever. There is so much misinformation out there, how are you
meant to know what is the best for you? Louise will clarify these mixed messages
and diet myths to tailor an individual plan for you based on the latest
scientific evidence that suits your lifestyle. She will teach you a common sense
